Youth Athlete vs Opioids Survey!

This survey will act as a preventative measure to gauge your knowledge and experience with Opioid use amongst student athletes. This survey is open to all athletic directors, coaches, trainers, educators, nurses, SAC’s, school administration, parents, guardians, and any concerned community members invested in the lives of local youth athletes.

We will then use the data from the survey to host a small conference in the spring that will help educate about the vulnerability youth athletes have to prescription drug misuse and offer practical guidance on how to prevent youth opioid use in the future.
