The Southwest Council is offering WISE (Wellness Initiative Senior Education) at Salem Senior Village in Salem, NJ taking place in September and October!
Session topics include medication use and misuse, stress management, the aging process, depression, alcoholism and prescription drug abuse. This program is offered to seniors in Salem County at no cost and includes light refreshments!
